## Wedding Party Responsibilities


### Bridesmaids & Groomsmen


* Attend rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (Friday, 5:30 PM)


* Assist with welcome reception setup/hosting


* Be present for group photos (Saturday, 3:00 PM)


* Bridesmaids: Meet in Rose Suite for hair and makeup (Saturday, 1:00 PM)


* Groomsmen: Meet in Groom's Suite for preparation (Saturday, 2:30 PM)


* Assist with coordinating family members for formal photos


* Help direct guests during transitions between events


### Maid of Honor & Best Man


* Coordinate wedding party gifts


* Prepare speeches for reception


* Assist bride/groom with any personal needs


* Maid of Honor: Help with bride's dress, veil, and accessories


* Best Man: Hold rings during ceremony


* Sign marriage license as witnesses


### Parents of the Couple


* Host assigned portions of weekend events


* Be available for family photos (Saturday, 3:30 PM)


* Prepare optional toasts for rehearsal dinner


* Bride's father: Be ready for walk down the aisle (Saturday, 4:25 PM)
